About Uchôa
From artificial-intelligence research and critical systems to platform architecture, product building and technical leadership.
Current work
André Uchôa works at the intersection of systems architecture, product and enterprise capability—especially when technical choices begin to shape operations, scale, security and continuity.
As a Begen co-founder, André Uchôa contributes to the architecture and technology expansion of AdMultify, a SaaS platform applying artificial intelligence to campaign production and adaptation. His work focuses on decisions that connect product, engineering and operating capability to the platform's evolution.
He is also a SCIENTI co-founder, working on the systems and technology architecture of its institutional infrastructure for decision-making, connecting data, integrations, security, knowledge engineering, governance and operations in complex environments.
In his personal work, he participates selectively as an independent advisor on technical decisions whose consequences are difficult to reverse.

Culture & community
Some professional relationships end with a company. Others become communities. Uchôa's trajectory includes relationships built over years with engineers, founders, executives and builders who kept creating companies, products and systems across different cycles.
The VTEX Alumni Founding Cohort gives that continuity an institutional form: a community that preserves connection, learning and collaboration among people who helped build different stages of VTEX.
Trajectory archive
Some records acquire a different meaning over time.
In this archival video, Uchôa — then VTEX's Director of Innovation — speaks about a value that would continue throughout his trajectory: the willingness to build and turn something that first existed as an idea into reality.
“The main value of Fórmula VTEX is seeing each person's desire to build and to create something that came from inside their own head.”
The scenes from that period also bring Uchôa and his sons together. It is a personal memory set in an environment where technology, work and building were part of everyday life.
More than nostalgia, the video records a culture: vision is not enough. Building requires craft, care and the capacity to execute.
